How Zakat Calculator Works:
- Inputs: The form collects input for various types of wealth (cash, savings, gold, silver, business assets) and liabilities (debts).
- Nisab: The Nisab threshold is based on either the value of 87.48 grams of gold or 612.36 grams of silver. You should manually enter the current price for gold or silver, depending on what basis you want to use for calculation.
- Output: If the user’s net wealth exceeds the Nisab, the Zakat amount is calculated as 2.5% of their wealth.
